Hi Team, from where I can whitelist static ip. Please provide the details. I went to Profile > API Key - But add IP address option is missing. sent an email yesterday with my public IP to the support but no response for that email also.

@HDFCERGOGIC It is resolved now, but it took 14 days of back-and-forth and immense frustration. I had to chase support daily and finally raise a formal grievance just to get the policy I paid for. This level of delay during a grace period is unacceptable. @HDFCERGOGIC
