@Notwokenow You are likely not near Stanford, Ky., but as the pastor of thechurch@cedarcreek, Iโd like to invite you to join us. We are a young and small contemporary Southern Baptist church. Our focus is on worship and teaching the Word of God. We would love for you to join us!
"I'm just flesh and bone, but more importantly, I'm a soul, and that soul is accountable to one being."
"I've had an unbelievably blessed life... So praise God. I've been all across the world. I've met with world leaders."
"I've flown Air Force One, got to know a president. I have an amazing family, the podcast Turning Point USA... And so you experienced that, and you're like, 'What actually matters?'"
"What matters is your relationship with the divine, your relationship with your family, your kids, and maybe a close collection of friends, and your relationship with the truth."
So much wisdom and taken way too soon. Charlie Kirk will never be forgotten.
@TGrogan268173@DrFrankTurek If he was, he would likely have mentioned it, just like he wrote about Jesusโ followers believing in His resurrection and living their lives for Him. Because he was familiar with that! ๐ค๐
@TGrogan268173@DrFrankTurek Aha, so you do believe in Jesus! Josephus wrote Antiquities in 93-94 AD, a contemporary of the early church and very familiar with their beliefs and teachings. Also around the same time the apostle John wrote The Revelation. He knew well what he was writing about.
@TGrogan268173@DrFrankTurek That is the least effective argument against Josephusโ writings and his mention of Jesus I have ever read. Even if he embellished stories about Adam and Eve, Abraham, Moses, etc., he was a contemporary of Jesus and early Christianity and wrote from personal knowledge.
@Nati_Sports Iโd love to see Collin Cowgill get a shot at it. He brings the energy and excitement. And the players respond to him extremely well. Heโs worth a try.
