Bears QB Caleb Williams avoided any major injury to his hamstring Sunday, tests confirmed today — and the team isn’t even ruling him out for next Monday’s game against the Eagles, sources tell @ringer@netflixsports.
A massive sigh of relief in Chicago.
It’s officially time to announce my retirement from professional soccer.
Thank you to my family, teammates, coaches, staff, organizations, agents, friends, fans, and everyone who has been part of this journey. Forever grateful for it all.

Caleb Williams
Appears to be a right hamstring strain.
This is likely to be a significant injury given the fact that it was non-contact (after his right leg was tripped up) and he was writhing
in pain and then could not put any weight on that right leg.
This is probably a grade 2 hamstring strain, which is a partial tear, but there’s a possibility this is a grade 3, which is what happened to Dak Prescott, that required season-ending surgery. Those aren’t common but possible.
