I waited a bit before labeling him as a world-class talent, mainly because that term gets thrown around too easily nowadays, but I’m no longer hesitant to put Kerim Alajbegović in that category.
He’s simply phenomenal, and he’ll make us dream. His ball striking is of the highest level, with both feet, he has quick feet and he moves extremely fluidly while being able to beat you on both the inside and outside. With that fluidity he also has unpredictability and directness that give defenders very little time to read him.
Physically, he’s already very developed and can handle the rhythm and intensity of UCL level. This kid has no fear and plays without worries or nervousness. He knows exactly what he’s capable of. Wherever he goes, I see him picking up minutes. He’s worth €30M at the very least.
He’ll most likely become the face of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Pjanić and Džeko. He can become our Kvaratskhelia, our Yamal, the kind of player even neutral fans turn on the TV for.
everyone whose been involved in bosnian football twitter with me for all these years now, i love you ❤️
we have finally done it, time to celebrate 😭🇧🇦
HAJMO BOSNO, THE GREATEST COUNTRY AND PEOPLE IN THE WORLD
While the spotlight was on the big names vs Wales, Ivan Basic really impressed.
He came off the bench and made an instant impact with a crucial tackle to stop a big chance + a calm penalty finish 🤩
