@BullsLead Looks like a bust to me.
Jalen Smith and Okoro. No picks. He isn't worth more than existing players.
If he doesn't work out in Chicago, just let him walk.
@Fullcourtpass@ChrisFedor Jrue main reason Chicago Bulls finally received the Portland Trailblazers 1st Round Pick.
In likely the deepest NBA Draft from #8 to #25 in NBA history.
Thank you for not making this move. He is so underrated.
@Sportsahlic@Jayhawkmarty You have no clue if Wilson or Boozer will be stars or not.
The draft is unknown. You draft a player hoping you found a gem.
We know what Chet brings already. A guy that is a good role player. We dont need that especially one that is on a max contract. We need a star #1 or #2.
@Abe_OGBullsFan We only have 3 realistic options with Patrick Williams:
1. Trade him for another struggling player under 2-3 yr contract that the other team doesn't want it either
2. Trade him for a much larger contract player
3. Wait it out, potentially use stretch provision in the future
@Sportsahlic@Jayhawkmarty Why you want to trade Chet then if he is so great?
1. He is on a max contract
2. Only averages 16/8
3. He is turning 25
4. He isn't a star. Great role player but can't depend on him during key moments during the playoffs.
We need a franchise player star. Chet aint that.
@liofrmny@ThePhoenixSuns2@YahooSports Why shop him then if he is a "difference maker"?
You can keep him then.
Enjoy having him 40 games a season and likely unavailable in the playoffs.
@BullsLead Rob Dillingham no doubt a disappointment at the NBA level.
He was an efficient scoring machine in college.
In the NBA, he is a slightly better version of Antonio Blakeney.
It's hard to know how well Darius Acuff Jr will be but lets not overreact assuming he'll be a bust.
@Moochaveli@APH00PS@SamQuinnCBS The only issue here is how stacked this draft is.
We'll get 3 solid players with those picks.
It's really hard to draft well because you don't know how well the player will develop at the next level and injuries derail players careers.
@TomNacher@ArtTakesNote We're so lucky either way to have the #15 pick in this draft.
The players between #8 to #18 would be top 8 picks in almost every other draft.
This draft is stacked though it does start dropping off a bit in the late 1st Round.
@TomNacher@ArtTakesNote Forgot about Okorie.
Also okay with him.
This draft really has some solid players in it. Would be a good time to get another pick between #16 to #20.
@BullsCentralPod Needs to have that it factor to be anything of value in the NBA.
Problem is he doesn't have that either.
Can't shoot either or defend well. Undersized.
Too many flaws.
Give him another year to improve but don't extend him beyond his rookie contract if he can't breakout.
