Enough is enough - a deep line needs to be drawn in the sand. Talk is weak. Britain needs to say no more, and mean it.

A Restore Britain Government, with the British people's approval, would put Vickrum Digwa to death.

Henry Nowak was stabbed by Digwa five times, including twice in the back of his legs, once in the face and a fatal wound to the chest.

Rather than calling an ambulance, Digwa filmed Henry.

Digwa gave the knife to his mother and it was found by police at their home along with more than 20 other weapons.

Keeping this savage alive serves nobody.

The police officers on the scene who allowed Henry to die will face criminal charges for gross negligence manslaughter.

Digwa's foreign family will be deported.

Laws will change, the country will change, everything will change.

Order will be restored, the law will be restored.

Britain will be restored.

In addition, we are continuing to vet and recruit members while also pushing back against online censorship, and promoting posts. This is where most people now receive their news and information anyway.

My team has sacrificed their time even though they all work or study. I’ve sacrificed thousands of usd and my time and were only 48 days to be exact into officially launching.

The growth we’ve seen in such a short time has been incredible but overwhelming at times.

Thomas Sewell makes a final address responding to the government listing the White Australia Party as a "prohibited hate group".

He reveals ASIO advised the ban on the same day he registered the party with the Australian Electoral Commission - Anzac Day - and that he filed paperwork for a High Court challenge to the "hate groups" laws today.

White Australia Party Update:

Thomas Sewell has announced that their High Court case is lodged & an urgent injunctive hearing has been set for Thursday.

This will determine whether White Australians have the right to political communication, political expression, political representation & whether White Australians have the right to advocate for their safety, security, freedoms, protections & civil liberties like every other race/ culture is permitted to do in OUR country.

Thomas Sewell:

"I have filed an application with the High Court of Australia challenging the Hate Group Legislation and seeking immediate injunctive relief.

The aim of the injunction is to prevent the Government from using this legislation to arrest or imprison me while the High Court determines this legislation's constitutional validity.

The Injunctive Relief application should be heard this Thursday by High Court Justice Jagot.

If the application is successful, it means that I, and the almost 2,000 former members and a further 3,000 former associates will be temporarily immune to the Hate Group Legislation passed by the Labor Party this year.

Roughly 5,000 White Australians may be directly affected by the outcome of Thursday's hearing.

The case for political rights for White Australians is ultimately a question as to whether we are to become second class citizens in our own country, or whether the Constitution affords us the legal protection to advocate for our own right to exist.

Most Australians have not yet fully understood the gravity of the legislation that the current Government has passed.

If unchallenged it means that only "protected classes" of people in Australia have the privilege of political communication.

The High Court will ultimately have to make a decision as to whether we live in a Multicultural tyranny, in which our rights end where the offence of others begins, or whether White Australians can lawfully assert their Will on Parliament."
