특히 개정안 제44조의12(자율적인 운영정책 등)에 따라 디시인사이드, 네이버 등 대형 플랫폼에 대한 모니터링을 강화하여 관련 정보를 신속히 수집할 수 있도록 할 예정입니다.

개정법은 정보통신서비스 제공자 및 이용자에게 불법·유해 정보의 전파 방지 의무를 명확히 하고, 허위·조작 정보로 인한 피해를 줄이기 위한 조치를 규정하고 있습니다. 이에 따라 커뮤니티·SNS 등 주요 플랫폼에서 아티스트를 겨냥한 악성 게시물을 지속적으로 점검하고, 명예훼손·모욕·허위사실 유포 등 위법 소지가 있는 경우 내용을 정리·보존한 뒤 관련 법령에 따른 대응을 검토하겠습니다.

제보해 주신 내용은 개인정보 보호 원칙에 따라 처리되며, 모든 악성 게시물 및 댓글 모니터링은 레드라인을 통해 테스트 운영하여 법적 대응 및 권익 보호 목적으로만 활용됩니다. 허위·조작·불법 정보를 발견하신 경우 신고 양식을 통해 제보해 주시기 바랍니다.
