I needed this today.

Henry Nowak’s sister has posted a heartbreaking video of their bond as siblings…
Henry Nowak died because was a victim of anti-white HATRED
SHAME on the disgusting U.K. Police and Politicians that treat white people as SECOND CLASS CITIZENS
When Henry sang this, he had no idea how little time he had left.
Look at him. Eighteen. His whole life still ahead of him in his own mind and not one person in that room at the end could see what you can see right now. A boy worth everything.
Because look what they did to him.
He was stabbed in the street. He told the police he couldn't breathe nine times. He told them he'd been stabbed. They didn't believe him. They cuffed him face down and treated the dying victim as the criminal, while the man who knifed him was walked inside and allowed to choose his food.
Henry died in handcuffs. Alone. Surrounded by the people who killed him and the people who were meant to save him.
Now watch the POLICE crawl out of it. First it was a confusing, fast-moving situation. Now, suddenly, it's he'd have died anyway. In a week they went from we did nothing wrong to it wouldn't have mattered what we did. That's not an explanation. That's a confession in slow motion.
This is what two-tier policing looks like in the flesh and when the country dared to be angry about it, the government's answer was to tell us to calm down. To call our grief a dangerous undercurrent.
Understand this. Cold rage isn't a riot. It's the opposite. It's anger that stays controlled, clear-eyed, and never forgets. That's what they're so frightened of. Not a mob. A country that remembers.
But don't let them have the last word on Henry.
The last word is this. A boy singing about looking up at the stars and how they shine for someone you love.
He didn't get to grow up. He didn't get the dignity he was owed. But the whole sky was his, and millions of us are looking up now and seeing him in it.
They looked at Henry and couldn't see a single light.
So we'll shine for him instead.
His name was Henry Nowak. Look how he shines.
Discovered during the construction of the Gherkin, St Mary Axe in 1995, a teenage Roman girl dated 350/400AD was found. In April 2007 she was reburied at the base of the Gherkin following ancient Roman funeral rites. Her grave is marked by a simple stone with marble inscription.
Carolyn Davidson was a graphic design student at Portland State University when Phil Knight, who was then teaching accounting part-time, asked her to create a logo for his fledgling shoe company.
She billed the project at $2 per hour and received a total of $35 for her work. The design she produced would eventually become the iconic Nike swoosh.
Twelve years later, in 1983, Knight invited Davidson to a company event and surprised her with a special gift: a gold ring featuring the swoosh logo set with a diamond, along with an envelope containing 500 shares of Nike stock.
Over time, those shares grew in value and are now worth millions of dollars.

She called her brother her "best friend" and said they had "an unbreakable bond" in a statement following his death
Pray for her
An officer must have a valid objective reason to believe handcuffing is necessary. The accepted criteria include:
1 - Preventing Escape: A reasonable belief that the detainee will attempt to run away.
Henry Nowak was unable to stand, let alone run away.
2 - Preventing Harm: To protect the officer, the public, or the detainee themselves from imminent violence or self-injury.
Henry Nowak was bleeding out, unable to attack anyone. The actual perpetrator was still free and uncuffed at this time.
3 - Preventing Evidence Destruction: When a suspect is highly likely to conceal, drop, or destroy evidence.
While no one was watching Digwa, he handed the murder weapon to his mother who then hid it in their home. Digwa also took videos of Henry desperately trying to escape before police arrived. These videos (to my knowledge) have not been released.
4 - Controlling Non-compliance: When the individual is actively resisting or failing to cooperate.
Once again, Henry could hardly get the words "I can't breathe" out, there was no risk of lack of compliance.
Why was Henry Nowak handcuffed?
Patients in intensive care can now be supported on a rooftop garden at Kings College Hospital, where they can receive full life support while spending time outdoors.
The hospital has created the United Kingdoms first rooftop critical care garden, allowing some of its most seriously ill patients to be wheeled outside while remaining fully connected to their medical equipment.
Built above the intensive care unit with 60 beds, the garden can accommodate up to six patients at once. Each space is linked to specially designed weatherproof medical stations that provide the same power supply, data connections, and medical gases available inside the unit.
This means patients can safely experience natural light, greenery, fresh air, and even the scent of herbs such as rosemary, sage, and oregano without any interruption to their treatment.
Clinicians say the aim goes beyond comfort. People who spend long periods in intensive care often experience delirium, confusion, anxiety, hallucinations, and low mood. Research has suggested that contact with natural environments can reduce stress, support emotional wellbeing, and may aid recovery.
The team will now study whether access to this garden can improve recovery times, reduce length of stay in intensive care, and support longer term physical and psychological outcomes.
The two million pound project was designed by landscape architect Nigel Dunnett and garden designer Sarah Price. It is part of one of the largest critical care centres in the country, treating more than five thousand patients each year.
Modern intensive care is often associated with machines and monitors. This project asks a different question: could something as simple as sunlight, plants, and fresh air also play a role in healing?

🚨BREAKING: Henry Nowak's father speaks out on the murder of his son:
"He told officers he could not breathe NINE TIMES, he said he had been stabbed FOUR TIMES, but the officer replied saying' 'I don't think you have, mate.'"
What a brave man.
