Atlanta Dream needs to start Okot over Angel. The problem with her is that she doesn’t know her role, and she wants to do everything and come in other people’s way, which is costing them. Like she wanted to be a point guard at FIBA when the PG was next to her and led to a turnover
@_dosjay Thank you, people forget that these are also young and inexperienced players. You have to give them minutes so that they can figure things out as well.
@VvsTye I think that would also expose the guards inability to play off ball because they just dont move or cut. Karl has to give his bench players soecific roles on the floor too. You can't be expecting young players to just figure things out within the flow of the game.
Karl has to give them specific roles when they get on the floor because these are young players who are still learning about their game. He can't be expecting them to just figure things out.
Atlanta has a SERIOUS bench problem.
If your starters are consistently having to play 35 minutes every single game because your bench cannot produce any decent production you're going to remain having serious problems winning games.
@andfuckingone Naz has been awful these last few games man. Okot was dominating their bigs and Karl couldn't play her down the stretch. Unacceptable at this point.
One more thing, the reason for the Dreams bench not being as productive as they should be is due to them not having an established role on the floor as well as them being young and inexperienced. Young players are always going to be inconsistent as they figure out their game.
This Dream team only want to shoot threes 😂. You have an opportunity to get two points in transition but stop and shoot a three pointer and miss. This offensive process is not good.
Indya Nivar is such a talented defender but her being a negative on offense is going to prevent her from seeing the court. It's too bad because if she was guarding the poa then this Dream defense would go to another level.
