@NoSacredC0ws@r0ktech This is really it, people don’t know how to hustle. I’ve been on some really hard times but I always hustled to keep money in my pocket
@afrikeigh@redpharoh0@miiagarro Yea, but I was young and careless. How much money a man had wasn’t important to me, I was also irresponsible asf myself so I dated guys I could party with. My mindset has completely changed since coming into my late 20s/early 30s though.
@UsurpedPoetGee Imho, it’s really just disheartening bc blk men talk so much shi abt blk women being “golddiggers” but are quick to get a yt woman when they become rich not realizing those are the REAL golddiggers. Yt women are taught to date for money and stat. She’d drop him the sec he’s broke
@nicothotso@etrnlpositionss@Jack14Adams@Albertteac Bc WHAT DO WE KNOW ABOUT AFRICA?! We don’t have relatives in Africa, never lived in Africa, we don’t have African culture, we don’t cook African foods, we don’t speak any African languages, y would we call ourselves African when our only tie to Africa is ancestors 400+ years ago?
@babtee_gaf@BlackAndNative1 The ones that speak in a condescending tone towards Africans likely use that same tone with everyone, even other black Americans, they’re ignorant and should be ignored.
@ZorayaBlack_ One of the last conversations I had with my ex he told me, “I saw that you had abandonment issues and were insecure, I’m so sorry I took advantage of that.” It all clicked for me in that moment that he had been using me for 5 years and was a master manipulator
