@mehulmpt i think people are outraging because we trust our government and merchants enough and we know that this added amount will be directed to us somehow.

In case of card payments merchants used to ask us to pay the processing fee too when we used to pay the amount through it.

@Xveeter i think with the CNAP scheme , truecaller's true purpose has been under question
CNAP will catch up soon and then i think truecaller will be a paid platform to avoid spam , iphone users will uninstall and android will come up with something
