on a very serious note guys i do want you all to learn how to check your breasts for lumps and if you feel there is anything concerning PLEASE bring it up to your primary care physician and schedule a biopsy. my mom’s breast cancer diagnosis came as a stage 4 diagnosis and she’s been VERY serious about ensuring that my siblings and i know how to check ourselves so that we can catch anything odd as early as humanly possible. here are some visual guides on how to check for lumps, but always talk to your doctor if you have questions or concerns.
