🚨😂 Jay-Jay Okocha, we need to have a conversation.
Sunday Oliseh once recalled that playing alongside Okocha wasn't always as beautiful as it looked from the stands.

According to Oliseh, Okocha would keep dribbling, lose the ball, and leave the midfielders running after the play. At one point Oliseh literally told him:
“My man, I'm tired of running.” 😭

Okocha lost the ball again, the opponents nearly scored, and Taribo West apparently went absolutely crazy. Oliseh even had to hold Taribo back. 😂

Now here's where I find this funny...
The same Jay-Jay is currently telling us Ronaldo is basically just a goalscorer like Haaland. 😭

Nobody is denying Okocha was a ridiculous talent. His dribbling, creativity and flair were special. That's exactly why Nigerian fans loved watching him.
But there's a difference between playing beautiful football and being a complete footballer.

Ronaldo wasn't just a goalscorer. He spent a huge part of his career as a winger, created chances, carried the ball, beat defenders, scored from outside the box, attacked in the air and eventually transformed himself into one of football's most devastating finishers.

So Jay-Jay, I respect your opinion on Messi. 😂
But if we're going to reduce Ronaldo to “just a goalscorer”, then we might as well reduce Okocha to “just a dribbler who sometimes made Oliseh run for his life.” 😭😭

No disrespect, So called legend. But today we're releasing the ball AND the agenda. 😂🇵🇹🐐
