Edit .wslconfig and add to (or modify) the [WSL] kernelCommandLine:

kernelCommandLine = cgroup_no_v1=all

WSL running the latest kali-linux stopped working and quit with the error "Wsl/Service/E_UNEXPECTED".

No changes from before, and other distros worked fine (Ubuntu, SUSE) on the same machine. ... cont'd
