Surprise surprise my @v_ate_uk order with @BTBusiness is not being installed again! 5th visit this morning from @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp on an order that had a raised complaint. 2 weeks today my business has to open and I currently have no internet installed! Ordered May!
@btbusinesscare He is still here trying to solve it! He is an absolute star in customer service and problem solving! You are lucky to have him. Our last 4 engineers have all been the same, it is the organisation prior to and post appointments that letβs us and the engineers down.
I have been dealing with Diana and Annalise at @BTBusiness@btbusinesscare who had assured me this was getting sorted but instead I organised child care to be here yet again to be disappointed. It would be easier and cheaper to stay home and close up all together at this point.

Two days of messaging and still not one person from @btbusinesscare has actually contacted me regarding the complaint we have had to raise. Just passed from each shift of customer service advisors and no action. I just need some help or @v_ate_uk is not opening next month!
