The first time I met him privately I was struck by his genuine desire to understand what should be better. I was also struck by his charisma in person, his humour and of course his smart. I hope we get to see this and we allow him to make the changes without expecting perfection … because your perfect won’t be mine and there are some tough decisions he is going to have to make.
