Potatoes have two problems.
First, the P:E ratio is a bit low.
Second, they are bland by themselves so we usually combine them with equal calories from fat, making something horribly obesogenic.
This new recipe of mine solves both problems simultaneously!
Satiation: occurs during an eating episode, terminating it.
Satiety: starts after eating, preventing hunger and further eating.
This chart is evidence-based, representing a huge amount of research, and is not the product of personal opinion.
What can we learn from this?

Low satiety per calorie foods contain high density fats and carbs contributing energy macros out of proportion to satiety.
Fat and carb storage in your body is finite; exceeding this personal fat threshold causes energy toxicity your body fails to clear despite hyperinsulinemia.
This is a big one, and one you will want to refer to again and again!

HOW TO OBSERVE THE P:E DIET IN REAL LIFE
——————————————————————
• Scrape half a million days of MyFitnessPal data off a public weight loss forum.
• Graph % of goal calories versus macronutrient %.
• Observe protein % exert a 3.2x to 6x leverage over everything else.
