@Gothia_Cup 2024 The u15 & u16 girls will be leaving from Newcastle Airport in the early hours. Let's hope we can go one step further than last year where we were beaten in the final. The girls have also been selected to be the flag bearers for England in the opening ceremony 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

@TweetMLee Very good 😂

[Andrew Fishburn @Burner28]

@TweetMLee @euanlynn Love this 😊 I find the metro very frustrating, but what I'd give for melting hot, uncomfortable journey into the toon now!

[Andrew Fishburn @Burner28]

@ClaireElizGuy @AGCAS Very very useful. Thanks. Also, massively timely for a little project I'm currently working on #Employabilitymoduleaudit

To all the folks trying to recreate school at home, with highly structured schedules & worksheets: we teach that way in schools because of CROWD CONTROL, not because it's the best way to learn. Kids have a rare opportunity here to engage in deep, authentic learning instead. 1/

@TweetMLee @CareersCathy Interesting! Think there is some guidance via TEL/IT teams online

@My_Metro when is next metro at Jesmond? Board hasn't updated for a while!?

[Andrew Fishburn @Burner28]

@FootballGrf Also,coaches,they give up their time and want best for their Team, but my experience is mixed.Last game,we were 3 down after 5 mins and opp coach shouting 'don't give them an inch'! It's early days,but a few signs that grassroots for some is about winning then develop and fun

[Andrew Fishburn @Burner28]

@FootballGrf I'm new to youth football,my daughter has just started u10s.We're a new team,with lots of passion,enthusiasm and fun,but with 0-7,1-8 & 0-8 losses in first 4 games I worry that this might be knocked out of the girls.All these teams have been together at least 1 year and it shows.

[Andrew Fishburn @Burner28]

@FootballGrf After we are down by 6,league allows 'powerplay' which helps and seems to keep the score to 7 or 8. My hope is that, we improve of course, but that the league of 13 might be broken up to better reflect the teams abilities to make it more competitive and rewarding for all.

[Andrew Fishburn @Burner28]

@TweetMLee Erm, ok then....

[Andrew Fishburn @Burner28]

@TweetMLee When did you take that? #stealthtweet don't think you realise you're doing it 😂

[Andrew Fishburn @Burner28]
