@steve_boots@brent2501 Sorry steve i wasnt meaning that- was meaning why school activities usually arenโt during the evenings. I 100% think teachers should be compensated for extra curricular or some type of solution where parents have to volunteer. Dont know the answer but am in support of ur comments
@brent2501@steve_boots School gyms are used by external groups on evenings and weekends, making right before or right after school the best times to use. Many parents would have a hard time volunteering before 5pm if they worked a traditional 8-5job.
Yesterday, we celebrated our expansion to Prince Albert along with partners, dignitaries, leaders and students. Congratulations to our students on taking the first step in your IT career! https://t.co/xKpURPrmtt
Great to see Indigenous-owned businesses get well-deserved recognition.
As @burnettkrista says: โTalking to other Indigenous businesses is so helpful, because we can find synergies or ways to work together and help each other.โ ๐ฏ

Thankful for this important discussion focused on why it is so vital that we as a country and as Canadians invest in the Indigenous Economy. As Min Hadju said, "...a prosperous economy is one that works for EVERYONE." Should be obvious but we need to have these discussions.
Exciting news coming from PLATO today! We are proud to announce our Certified Aboriginal Business designation from CCAB, awarded to businesses that are 51% or more Indigenous owned and controlled. That's us!!
