Most Americans think of war wounds as the ones you can see.
Veterans we serve often carry: PTSD. Toxic Brain Injury. Burn pitβrelated illness. Most carry more than one.
That's why integrated care matters. That's why we exist.

June 1: PTSD Awareness Month begins.
The war doesn't end at homecoming for too many veterans. The Warrior Hope Network fills the gaps the VA can't β peer support, oxygen therapy, integrative care, special needs grants.

Burn Pits 360 is proud to join UnidosUS and Chicanos Por La Causa for an important community conversation focused on the needs of our veterans, toxic exposure survivors, and the families who continue carrying the invisible wounds of war.
From the PACT Act to healthcare access, early screenings, and protecting the future of those who served, these conversations matter.

Today, Burn Pits 360 has the honor of laying a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
We remember the fallenβand veterans who came home only to fight toxic exposures, illness, and unanswered questions.
The cost of war did not end overseas.
We will continue to stand firewatch. πΊπΈ
πΊ National Poppy Day.
From Flanders to Fallujah, we remember.
Many veterans we serve came home β but the war came home with them. Toxic exposure. Chronic illness. Invisible wounds.

Before the PACT Act. Before the registry. There was Capt. Le Roy Torres. 23 years Army. One deployment to Balad. A toxic legacy that built a movement. We're kicking off 30 days of stories, science, and the work still ahead. Walk with us. π https://t.co/KxyhCKoZNM
Open-air burn pits the size of football fields. Jet fuel. Medical waste. Munitions. Burned 24/7 next to our troops. We run the only INDEPENDENT registry β including names of warriors who died from toxic exposure. Be counted. π https://t.co/KxyhCKoZNM
Burn Pits 360, led by Le Roy Torres, was proud to be represented at Leader Hakeem Jeffriesβs VSO Roundtable, ensuring toxic-exposed veteransβ voices remain front and center in the fight for care, accountability, and earned benefits.
On Peace Officers Memorial Day, we honor every officer who gave their life in service β and we recognize the wounds that don't end in a single moment.
Our co-founder, Capt. Le Roy Torres, served two callings: as a U.S. Army Reserve officer and as a Texas State Trooper. He came home from Iraq sick from burn pit exposure. When he could no longer perform his duties the way he once had, the agency he served denied him reasonable workplace accommodations.
That moment became a movement.
Le Roy and Rosie Torres built Burn Pits 360 and helped lead the fight behind the Honoring Our PACT Act β now expanding care for millions of veterans; many serve dual roles in the military reserve components.
This week during National Law Enforcement Week, we hold space for the officers we've lost.
We will continue to advocate for them, and their families.
Veterans, service members, first responders and families: our independent Toxic Exposure Registry is open to you. Every story strengthens the evidence that drives policy, research and accountability. Be counted, you matter.

Honored to share my story and the work of Burn Pits 360 at the 2026 Spring National Troopers Coalition Conference. Veterans who became State Troopers answered the call twiceβbut toxic exposure follows them home. Thank you Texas DPSOA & NTC. - Le Roy Torres πΊπΈ #PACTAct#BurnPits
To the mothers behind the mission β today, we honor you.
The mothers who raised our warriors. The mothers who became caregivers when their service members came home sick. The mothers who turned unimaginable grief into advocacy after toxic exposure stole someone they loved. The mothers serving in uniform themselves. And the Gold Star mothers whose courage continues to move this fight forward.
You are the heartbeat of everything we do for toxic-exposed Veterans and their families.
To every military mom β biological, adoptive, chosen, and remembered β thank you.
Burn Pits 360 stands with you today, and every day.
Happy Motherβs Day. π

We're assembling the committee behind one of the most meaningful nights of 2026 β the Gala of Valor: Where Heritage Meets Heroism β and we're looking for passionate people to join us.
On October 17, 2026, community leaders, advocates, Veterans, and supporters will gather at the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort & Spa in San Antonio to honor service, celebrate the Latino-led movements that have lifted up Veteran voices, and protect the promise of the PACT Act.
But a night like this doesn't happen by accident. It's built by a committee of changemakers who:
β Open doors and rally their networks
β Help shape an unforgettable experience
β Stand publicly with the Veterans and families we fight for every day
Whether you're a business leader, a Veteran, an advocate, or simply someone who believes those who served deserve more than promises β we'd love to have you at the table.
If you're interested, email Helen Fouras, our committee chair, at [email protected].
