@Bell you charge $400 for service installation that I have to complete 1/2 of for your staff due to COVID and restrictions on entering the home. While I appreciate you being cautious, I shouldn’t have to pay full price when I’m doing 1/2 the work.

@PearsonSupport I’ve sat on the phone for over an hour now to get help with purchasing a product access code off your website. My course will not let me continue without it and I cannot find it. I can only find the book on your site, which is what I do not need.
