@Vertagear I put in a warranty claim back in Nov 2020 for a replacement gas lift (only 5 months usage) - I still have not receive it. It's almost going to be a year. What's going on?

@Vertagear Can warranty team get back to me? I put in my warranty for the gas lift back in Nov 2020, until now I have not received the gas lift replacement. I bought the chair less than 6 months before the gas lift need replacing.

My good deed of the day: I helped re-unite a lost terrified 3-4 yrs old boy with his family. He got into the elevator first and closed on him - trapping him but luckily reach my floor when I was waiting for the elevator.
