@AirbnbHelp No they are referring to the fact that 4 or 5 nights is reflecting upon which day the person checks in.... No matter how many times I explain this to escalated level customer support. This falls on deaf ears

Well, as expected, I received a booking last night for four nights ... After contacting Customer Support frustrated about the unresolved issue, they tell me it is because my booking has a four-night minimum.

After weeks of waiting Airbnb finally contacts me and tells me that they can edit my calendar for me and asks me to state in writing that I would like them to unblock the dates. I also state in writing that I would like the five-night minimum to remain .
