Burton Sous Vide

The revolutionary Burton Sous Vide cooker. #SousVide locks in unsurpassable flavour and nutrients that would be lost during other cooking methods.

@danieljsinclair Will do

[Burton Sous Vide @BurtonSousVide]

@danieljsinclair The best I can do is to pass on info to the manufacturers

[Burton Sous Vide @BurtonSousVide]

@danieljsinclair Hi Daniel all we can do is upgrade on future production I'm adraid

[Burton Sous Vide @BurtonSousVide]

@danieljsinclair Dan I think we can introduce this function as suggested with appropriate warnings regarding pathogen dangers if not applied properly. Thx

[Burton Sous Vide @BurtonSousVide]

@danieljsinclair above I mean

[Burton Sous Vide @BurtonSousVide]

@danieljsinclair only keeps on cooking if temp increases about set temp not below it

[Burton Sous Vide @BurtonSousVide]

@danieljsinclair it won't carry on cooking or over cooking. Just keeps safely warm. Ok to discuss over phone?

[Burton Sous Vide @BurtonSousVide]

@danieljsinclair very happy to discuss over a phone call as easier?

[Burton Sous Vide @BurtonSousVide]

@danieljsinclair it defaults to 55c to again avoid pathogen grow if accidentally left & food not removed for a potentially lengthy period.

[Burton Sous Vide @BurtonSousVide]

@danieljsinclair standard timer a normal useful function. No start delay as potential pathogen problems with foods left in room temp water
