Dietrich's existence contradicts the idea of a sequel because House Lamine isn't a thing in Three Houses aside from Mercedes & Jeritza being the last descendants. Furthermore, the Answer doesn't exist by the time of Three Houses as only the Refail Gem remains

Furthermore the Refail Gem is the only piece of House Lamine left by the time of Three Houses. Game is a prequel indeed
