Along with that, there is a reason the charge was thrown out. It does not stand in court due to the way the law is written.

@BrutusX4K @DerenicByrd That is not the truth. Many states, you must be 18 to purchase a rifle, but can own it under that age. 30 states have no minimum age, 1 has the age at 14, 2 have the age at 16, and 16 have the age at 18, and 1 has the age at 21.

@MicahKolding Kyle drove himself to Dominick Black's house, and from there, Black drove them to Kenosha. Along with that, the gun was never in his home state, as it was kept in Black's step-fathers home.
