@JohnHealey_MP @grantshapps we would appreciate someone facilitating a call with @beisgovuk regrading supplier confusion and mistakes re the Energy Bill Relief Scheme. Please help us to help business customers. https://t.co/QKqtGZQaxk
@KwasiKwarteng Energy security? Too little, too late. Jobs are at risk now. 400% energy price increases for businesses are simply not sustainable.
So much focus on covid cases doubling everyday (Not happened) taking the focus of actual events. My figures are not projections, they are reality
Business energy renewals, get ready.

@KwasiKwarteng, Would it be possible for you to have a look at the energy sector?
£10,000 business annual spend could be £50,000. 400% increases.
Why is this not being reported @SkyNews@BBCNews?
Suppliers defaulting. Get ready for price cap 2022. Could comfortably double🤯
@Ed_Miliband We are trying to contact you regarding issues currently impacting business consumers due to problems in the energy market. Your team have deleted several emails without reading them. Please can you advise how we can make contact?
@billysharp10 sweating here Billy. Had a chippy Friday bet earlier in the season that @SheffieldUnited would put 5 past someone in the league. I’m being asked to cough up already. Surely this must be worthy of being put up on the changing room wall?
That time (according to SSE) @utilitiesadr lied about contacting SSE regarding a complaint case raised, just so they had an excuse for not investigating a case. A case which then results in court action between customer and supplier. #disputeresolution#pathetic
2/2 For the past 6 weeks and it’s not good enough. Your team have a blaze approach to managing issues when they arrive and this results in customers not being treated fairly. Please contact us ASAP so that this can be resolved.
@BritishGas_UKB any chance that you can join the rest of us in the new millennium, by utilising and responding to emails that are sent to you?We have a case where you’ve failed your obligations under P272 and the customer’s account needs to be addressed. You’ve done nothing 1/2
@j4shawl20 @MrPingu2612 @ofgem Can’t rely on TrustPilot. @BESUtilitiesUK have an amazing number of one time reviewers boosting their score to something above shambolic. I wonder how that happened.
@deandunham bit ironic that we need to complain about the company that you happen to be a Director of, a company that handle complaints (or don’t in this instance). Claim ID 740. About time you did something with it isn’t it? @utilitiesadr

@utilitiesadr you don’t answers the phone, you don’t reply to messages, you don’t respond to emails and deadlines for cases you are supposed to investigate come and go.Remind us, what service is it that your organisation provides? @ofgem any diligence done before their appointment?

@ofgem prior to approving companies such and @OmbudServices and @utilitiesadr can you ensure that they can carry out basic tasks first? Both are dreadful, unresponsive and incapable of completing diligence. We’ve needed to raise complaints regarding the way they handle complaints.
We are attending #OfgemConference today. Lots of focus on residential customers, but once again commercial customers are a complete afterthought and not being considered in the slightest. @ofgem
@thipperson202@bizenergyclaim@ElectraLink Gamekeeper was with reference to your previous life at Utilitywise. A simple analogy here would be that you've just had your car tyres let down by the person stood at the side of it who is now offering to sell you a pump. The Electralink Code isn't fit for purpose. Simply read it
