be honest, but don’t sabotage yourself.

The trick is:
mention a real weakness + show what you’re doing to improve it.

2. For “What are your strengths and weaknesses?”, please don’t say “I work too hard” and expect everyone to clap.

So before you start huffing and puffing brothers, I’m on your side. Your job is hard but it so pivotal for the family.

God made you heads and leaders and your role in the home cannot be overemphasized

I’m advocating for more leadership and accountability from you because if you get it right, I believe the women and children will be so much better for it
