Your answer does not need to sound robotic to sound professional.
Interviewers are not looking for a Wikipedia entry.
They want clarity, confidence, and a person who seems genuinely hireable.
âWhy do you want to work for our company?â
Please do not say âbecause your company is very prestigiousâ and leave it there đ
Show that you did your homework:
⢠what the company does
⢠what you like about it
⢠why it matches what you want to learn or contribute
Example:
âI can be overly self-critical at times, which sometimes slows me down because I want things to be done properly. Iâve been learning how to balance quality with deadlines by setting clearer priorities and asking for feedback earlier.â
Example:
âOne of my strengths is adaptability. Iâm comfortable learning new things and adjusting quickly, which helped me a lot during university projects and internships. Iâm also a strong communicator and work well in team settings.â
2. For âWhat are your strengths and weaknesses?â, please donât say âI work too hardâ and expect everyone to clap.
For strengths:
pick 1 or 2 that are actually relevant to the role.
Steal these for your next interview, fresh grads!
1. The âTell me about yourselfâ question is not asking for your life story.
Keep it simple:
⢠who you are
⢠what you studied
⢠relevant internship / project experience
⢠what youâre looking for now
A society and family without strong men and leadership will collapse
I think God placed a huge burden on men and they donât even realize it
This is why I can never drag headship with a man
You will never find me in the camp of women arguing that a woman can be a man
I think itâs the hardest Job in the world and i am not cut out for it nor do i covet it
Letâs go to school tonight shall we?
Statistically, women make up more than 60% of church attendees
So more than half of the people min church are women already. Then more than half of the programs organized in church is to groom women for marriage
So imagine one side of the coin being more shaped than the other
Women are more self aware
More emotionally intelligent
More groomed for motherhood
They read more books about family
Learn to cook and clean and be home makers
While male counterparts feel like as long as they go to work and come back, donate semen, they are doing great
A lot of you grew up without even being emotionally connected to your father because your dad was great in providing but not being able to communicate or even understand you
You would always go to your mum to ask questions, or to make requests
Because mummy knew how to be a parent
I and a few others are part of those who had a father that was a parent
My father was full of the Holyghost but our shelves at home were full of books on parenting and fatherhood
Because my father knew that being a great father was not imparted automatically
You needed to learn it. And boy did he learn his
So before you start huffing and puffing brothers, Iâm on your side. Your job is hard but it so pivotal for the family.
God made you heads and leaders and your role in the home cannot be overemphasized
Iâm advocating for more leadership and accountability from you because if you get it right, I believe the women and children will be so much better for it
So calm down sirs
Blessings
PS: no where in the last post did I say that submission was conditional.
