Message to Physicians, Nurses, and Healthcare Workers

Many of our compatriots have been wounded on the path to the freedom of our homeland by the Islamic regime. Numerous reports indicate that regime agents and mercenaries embedded in hospitals and clinics identify the wounded and deliver them to the machinery of repression.

In recent days, despite unprecedented dangers, threats, and pressures, healthcare workers and medical centers and hospitals have played a vital role in treating the wounded of the Lion-and-Sun Revolution, beyond the reach and sight of the regime’s unclean hands. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all of you for your fidelity to your professional oath, your human conscience, and your national duty, and I urge you to continue this invaluable work with even greater resolve.

Please document the names of those who obstruct the treatment of the wounded of our national revolution and who cooperate with the apparatus of repression, so that, at the appropriate time, their crimes and acts of betrayal may be addressed.

The occupying regime ruling Iran has imposed an unequal war upon our nation and, through open and savage violence, has committed crimes against humanity. Together, and standing side by side, we will overcome this great tragedy and forge a free, bright, and secure future for our homeland and our people.

The Islamic Republic has sentenced dissident rapper Toomaj Salehi to execution. Since its inception, the Islamic Republic has waged war on artists, particularly those who have use their talents to advocate for Iran’s liberation.

I call on the international community, particularly Toomaj’s peers in the arts, to be his voice and to demand an immediate revocation of this sham sentence and his unencumbered release from prison.
