@gichumwas2 @UberEats They, @UberEats do NOT give refunds! Even when the restaurant cancels the order due to allergens in the food.
@ubereats_uk keep the money. The restaurant will not get it, I wont get it back. Pure & simple theft! No decent business would treat customers this way.

So…. @UberEats @UberUKI_Support stole my money. I was told to cancel my order by the restaurant as they use peanut oil, which I am allergic to.
UberEats will not refund me or pay the restaurant!
I have also seen on Reddit, that this has happened to others.

I placed an order which the restaurant cancelled as they saw my allergy & they use peanut oil.
I have been charged for this order, it was not my choice to cancel, therefore I am entitled to refund. Please help???
