BREAKING: Donald Trump breaks the emergency glass and begs for a new trial in the E. Jean Carroll lawsuit that saddled him with a staggering $83.3 million damages bill.

Clearly, the embattled ex-president can't find the money to pay up. And it gets even better...

"Just before President Trump took the stand at trial, the Court engaged in a colloquy with defense counsel designed to restrict the scope of President Trump’s testimony," wrote Trump's shady lawyers in a new filing.

Trump and his team are complaining that U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan restricted what Trump could tell jurors on the witness stand — a perfectly reasonable move from the judge given Trump's penchant for lying, threatening, and smearing.

The restrictions were implemented after Trump was found liable for defamation before the trial because Carroll won a separate lawsuit.

This new request from Trump's team will almost certainly be rejected given its legal baselessness. It's a desperate Hail Mary from a cornered, sinking man.

Best of all? Trump has to pay the $83.3 million to Carroll by March 9th — just four days away. Between this and the jaw-dropping $454 million he owes for his civil fraud case, Trump is barreling towards complete financial ruin.

BREAKING: Illinois' superstar Democratic Governor J.B. Pritzker takes a brave stand against the cruelty of Texas' MAGA Governor Greg Abbott who is dropping off migrants in Chicago as extreme weather plagues the city — endangering innocent lives.

Abbott is sending migrants to Chicago as part of a ruthless and pointless PR scheme to appeal to hardcore anti-immigrant voters.

Pritzker has sent him a letter imploring him to muster a little humanity and empathy — traits which are in short supply in the modern Republican Party.

"While action is pending at the federal level, I plead with you for mercy for the thousands of people who are powerless to speak for themselves," said Pritzker. "Please, while winter is threatening vulnerable people’s lives, suspend your transports and do not send more people to our state."

"Your callousness, sending buses and planes full of migrants in this weather, is now life-threatening to every one of the arrivals," he went on. "Hundreds of children’s and families’ health and survival are at risk due to your actions."

Instead, Abbott is doubling down on his heartless plot and even had his spokesperson mock Pritzker as "all too proud" to call Illinois "the most welcoming state in the nation."

For reference, Chicago's wind chill is forceast to drop 33 below zero tomorrow, a temperature so low that it can cause frostbite in 10 minutes.

While Pritzker's letter can't force Abbott to behave like the Christian he claims to be, it does successfully expose the rot at the core of the conservative movement.

Republicans don't see migrants as people and this horrific behavior MUST be punished at the ballot box come November.

BREAKING: Hunter Biden's daughter Naomi bravely wades into the fray to defend her father against MAGA Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, who boasted that she made Hunter "flee" a house committee.

First Dr. Jill Biden stepped in to protect Hunter, now Naomi. The Biden family is stepping up to defend their own and it's a beautiful thing...

Greene wants us to believe that she made Hunter Biden run by exposing the "truth" about his family. In reality, Hunter showed up at a hearing and surprised the House Oversight and Accountability Committee ahead of a vote to formally recommend that he be held in contempt of Congress.

Hunter and his team then left the room as Greene was being recognized to speak because they understandably had no interest in listening to her smears and conspiracy theories, prompting her to call him a "coward."

Later, Greene tweeted a clip of Hunter's exist, mocking that "his daddy can’t save him this time."

It was then that Naomi Biden stepped in. She retweeted Greene's attack with the caption: "Actually, it appears everyone fled the scene when she started lying."
