@bchesky how about allowing higher cleaning fee on shorter stays. hosts can then bake in cleaning costs for minimum stay but still allow short stays with a cleaning fee.

@bchesky just had a guest try the "camera" hack to get a refund. the case was closed when I provided evidence it was a motion sensor, then another tech, gave full refund and told me that motion sensor need to be disclosed! what??

@testedcom Adam, have you ever considered testing the "unsafe at any speed" corvair. The presumption (and book) supposes that the corvair would flip over in any corner, though it leaves out some equipment and statistics show otherwise. corvair was quite inovative

@bchesky so much for host support. A guest claims they smell gas to get out after 5 days on week book, host shows logs of NeST Smoke/CO monitor with no issues, PM2.5 sensor logs, video of firefighters ok and still not enough, listing is still shut down.

@bchesky not much support for hosts of unique tiny homes, with limited access to support and the one support tech that believed the word of guest with no evidence but not any of the hosts tech evidence, logs, videos, etc the one tech goes on vacation.

Received new Starlink @spacexstarlink router and dish Tuesday, the dish keeps rebooting every 34 seconds. Tried rebooting, resetting, stowing, nothing seems to effect change. No reply from support... crickets.
