Wonderful news @ClareCraigPath.
I know how much you care about people, medical ethics and the failure of one-size-fits-all systems that do not prioritise the needs of humanity.
I will be buying and reading!
Spiked is out!
The story of 2021 - vaccine failure and censorship around it.
Getting to the end of this project has been like Zeno's paradox.
But - finally - Amazon has put the paperback live.
One for the Christmas list?

We’re at a tipping point where creating wealth for the pharmaceutical industry is working against the health of the general public. We can fix so many things for ourselves rather than revert to drugs & the option of being a life long reliant customer. When it could be avoided. Of course it’s complex’s particularly our relationship with food but the ease of wanting a ‘pill’ to fix everything is often not the best long term answer & takes personal responsibility away.
New drugs to slow Alzheimer’s too expensive says NHS. But there is evidence that a keto diet and intermittent fasting do it for free. Why is nobody listening.? Because you can't make money from this approach. That's why! https://t.co/lRnEG0iWl3
“What appeals about France is, the land is cheaper and the country is invested in food. Consumers care about what they eat. Many consumers here {UK} don’t seem to care what they eat. The more processed, the better. The supermarket aisles are filled with processed food. In France, the supermarket chains are not as big and powerful. People still go to markets, take the time to eat and consider what they’re eating. They eat less but the food is better quality. And agriculture is a far bigger slice of France’s gross domestic product, so it’s of more interest to the government.”
Processed meats do not cause colorectal cancer. The WHO report on this was effectively rigged and did not represent the science. @foundmyfitness
I worry that "ultra-processed foods" will be used to try to eliminate deli meats, which maybe not ideal are still the most affordable source of protein for most Americans. This would be a big mistake.

@TheSun According to Grok the hottest day in May in the UK since 1900 was **22 May 1922**, with a recorded temperature of **32.8°C** in Camden Square, London. This record is tied with **29 May 1944**, when the same temperature of **32.8°C** was recorded in multiple locations
🚨 Nike is funding a study to give children injectable hormones and puberty blockers
Riley Gaines “Nike, the shoe brand, the athletic wear brand, is doing medical experimentation on minors”
Nike is “funding a study that disfigures young boys to understand if they can be physically impaired enough to compete with girls without significant retained male advantage”
“The study is being funded by Nike, and Nike has yet to answer to this. They have spent days now avoiding all reporters and journalists asking them if this is true and why they're engaging in this.
It'd be a shame if we tag them in the comments and let them know that we're watching and that we want answers. So if this wasn't enough to put you off from buying Nike ever again, maybe the fact that they're investing money into seeing if you can medically abuse boys enough to make it fair for them to compete against girls is.”
🚨 The milling wheat strike starts tomorrow
Farmers will refuse to load bread making wheat from their stores from 1 April
“No hot cross buns for easter”
Thank you @realDonaldTrump and @RobertKennedyJr
I am honored and accept your offer to join the Presidential Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition
I will promote healthy lifestyles through physical activity and good nutrition for all Americans, with a focus on our youth.
The attack on farmers is an attack on you, the great British 🇬🇧 public.
1- inheritance tax =no food
2- compulsory farm land purchase = no food
3- SFI schemes stopping =no food
And so much more. For a nation attempting to become net zero, taking away the greenest parts of the country? Nonsense
