@LindaHolmes24 Let’s look at the facts then? A man was restrained and that POS had his knee in his neck until he passed out. Even AFTER he had lost consciousness and a paramedic had said he had no pulse, he still kept his knee there. Please, state why you think this wasn’t a clear homicide.
