A wonderful week participating in the 2024 Police-Fire-EMS Can-Am Games. We put everything we had on the stage. I pulled personal best weights in squat and deadlift. Judy, at 74, brought home two Gold medals and I, at 71, brought home a Silver and Gold.
Only one team from Canada came down to participate in the ice hockey portion of the Can-Am Games this weekend at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex.

Very much looking forward to meeting others in the world of Powerlifting, (bench press, squat and deadlift) at the Butler Can-Am 2024 games.
At 74 and 71 years of age it’s a privilege for us to still be able to lift amongst friends in the sport. See you on stage!
