@BraveTart Happy Ho Ho to you and yours! I made a "pie with shall not be named" and the texture is all wrong. As a KY lady I know you will have a suggestion. The choc didn't settle and the pecans didn't float. Which prevented the amazing crispy top and gave it custard center.
