@DawnWingDPD I am trying to get ahold of your call centre with no luck!! My goods are being sent to the incorrect address even though I keep calling. I need to speak to someone competent who can actually send me confirmation that the goods will be sent to the correct address
@Faithful2Nature He keeps saying it has been processed but he isnt telling me which account or which person is being refunded.
I am literally double checking all the time. But can he atleast give me some solid responses!!
@Faithful2Nature I requested a refund about two weeks ago. I keep getting annoying empty promises that the refund will be made. I am leaving the country and honestly have better things to worry about!!

@Vodacom Hi please check out the statement attached. I see Vodacom is billing me for the second sim I received when I took the contract out. But I asked for the entire contract to be cancelled how is it possible that the second line is suddenly being billed separately?
@taxify_za why do your drivers keep telling clients they do not take card payments? Why do you even offer this option if your drivers do not accept it. It is honestly unprofessional and extremely irritating.
