@kylecordes@babeotswejang I agree, but you know you can move your head? You can adjust your mirrors so that you'll get more side visibility, but you can just move your head an inch or so if you actually want to reference your car in the mirror
@Fcolantoni1@learn_computerx Actually, the time taken for memory training in newer systems scales with RAM size. And enterprise servers have always have had extremely thorough POST for memory, and scales significantly with larger pools.
@mattforney It's one thing to say that most cultures use utensils, but to say that other places that use their hands to eat are mentally ill barbarians is just grossly racist and ignorant. Filipino tradition literally has communal eating with hands: https://t.co/d9VEd3Pfcc
@jadenisadude@FreckledLiberty This is true for a lot of organizations, however the police and the government have a notorious history for not being held accountable. That's what makes people dislike law enforcement.
@Papryczny@MichaelRedev@arcpresentation Obviously you still have the right to use a car, but I'm just saying a lot of people are perfectly fine using buses, trains, taxis instead of spending several thousands of dollars on a car that will probably get 10k miles in 10 years lol
@entirelyuseles @ljtumelty @realhansard When I said "same amount of traffic", I meant to say "same amount of time spent on traffic." Obviously we need to get people to the places they need to go, but all I'm saying is that increasing lanes is a more flawed method versus other methods.
@entirelyuseles @ljtumelty @realhansard Increased noise and air pollution, land use, highway maintenance and costs, and still the same amount of traffic. Why not look into other methods to improve traffic instead, when it's been proven that adding more lanes doesn't help in the long term?
@entirelyuseles @ljtumelty @realhansard That's one way to see it, but the bigger issue when "adding more lanes" is discussed is that more people will end up using the road if more lanes are added. Ultimately, it doesn't improve traffic most of the time.
@portapottyfluid @AC051996 @GeorgeD03386701@PatriciaEguino@DHSgov It's been debunked many times, that Reddit is a thread that's been running for most of the week, but the image of the gun was posted recently to that thread
@_candroid@oops4041555@MaxRovensky eGPUs are not gonna be powered off the laptop, if your laptop is capable of delivering 500W to an external port, then I'd feel it would be better to put that 500W towards an internal GPU
