It’s been 10 months since operations at Cwmbargoed stopped. The last MGR we had on Christmas Eve was 2021 which remarkably was also the first MGR on Christmas Eve since 2013.

37279 is seen at Heath Jn during the remodelling of the junction which took some 6 months. First the two storey gas lit signal box was removed and replaced then the junction going to Coryton was replaced by a new junction. 37279 eventually became 37424 ©️ NH
