Got slapped with a $175 “early termination fee” for canceling WiFi.

Problem? The rep NEVER told me about it. Later they said “you should’ve known, it’s in the app.”

Burying fees in fine print isn’t disclosure — it’s deception. @FCC @XfinitySupport time to look into this.
