GSTR-4 कंपोज़िशन डीलर के अंतिम जमा कराये गये कर की तिथि से सिर्फ़ 12 दिन बाद तक भरना था अन्यथा लेट फ़ीस है जिसमें ख़रीद की बिल टू बिल डीटेल्स भी मांगी जा रही है । यह एक अव्यवहारिक प्रावधान है और इसी तरह के अव्यवहारिक प्रावधानों के कारण बार बार एमनेस्टी लानी पड़ती है .
जीएसटी प्रावधानों को तार्किक बनाइए , पर्याप्त समय दीजिए , अव्यवहारिक सूचनाएँ माँगने को रोके ताकि जीएसटी एक सीधा , सरल और व्यवहारिक कर बन सके ।
