Do not use @USAA_help ! They do not care about their members(all of them are in or associated with the military) or their employees.
It is a travesty that a bank can promote that they have this long list of values and not actually show them.

An employment fraud situation. I have been a member for years and this has never happened and I Ben it does their response is to penalize me for it. Please protect yourself because they do not care about us! I am livid and cannot believe this is how they treat their members.
