@MarioNawfal A middle class home in Kansas in 1975 cost on average $40,000. Today that home cost 300,000. That looks like a net increase of 220,000 that someone could put in their pocket if they had a 50 year mortgage. Charles Payne’s really got no clue and never has about anything.
