Grateful for the recent cleanup on 29th St—1st time in 4+ years w/out RVs! However, the odor of human waste is now overwhelming since the RVs acted as a wind block—& likely dumped their septic tanks before leaving our street. Urgently need another cleanup. #Oakland #AlamedaCounty
