I tried to file a claim, I don't want to miss your concert, but my dad is very sick & family comes first. I'm hoping I get to see you play together another time. I had tickets for the last one too, but it was canceled due to covid. I've looked forward to it for months.

@FoxTorrie @StayColorful1 @niq6250 @JeffreeStar Why bother specifying then in the video if all tiers were only exclusive merchandise? He did that on purpose to be misleading because there is a large enough base of people who only buy the mystery boxes for makeup exclusives like me.

If he had a hat in the makeup related box with his logo, people would be raging even more because he made the point to differentiate between makeup & merchandise.

@KaraleeCupcake Yeah :( I think he did it to boost sales, because then he can say "I never said a cosmetic exclusive... just makeup related" lol. Idk. I'm just irritated because I literally rewatched the video 5x w/ my hubby & only purchased because we both thought he meant makeup lol.

@niq6250 I think he only said it the way he did because the last batch didn't sell out in 2 mins like they usually do, so he used misleading verbiage to trick people who wanted a makeup exclusive into thinking it was makeup in the supreme, one of the most expensive tiers.

@niq6250 He knew it was misleading because he went out of his way to specify the type of exclusive on each tier. To me makeup related is literally a makeup item. Anything that isn't makeup that has his logo is branded merchandise regardless of if it's a popsocket or makeup bag. :(
