Sen. Robin Padilla has received a subpoena from the Department of Justice (DOJ) during the Senate session, directing him to answer the complaints filed against him for obstructing the arrest of Sen. Bato dela Rosa, who left the Senate premises aboard Padilla's car early morning of May 14, 2026.
