@virginmedia incredibly frustrating process trying to resolve a fraud dispute from over 4 years ago. No response from your team in 2 weeks after promising to resolve it - help please
@virginmedia In addition now I called but they won’t speak to me as it isn’t an active account. Absolute shambles. I have sent evidence to the email address and not received response.
@virginmedia Hi, yes I spoke with the fraud team on the phone (I do not have any legit Virgin mobile accounts) in 2016 and it was confirmed as sorted, I then received correspondence for the same. Only have found out due to a credit search by a lender 2 weeks ago.
@virginmedia Hi, I need to speak with the Fraud Risk Team and get them to delete a fraudulent account which is on my name / credit record. It has been wiped off all agencies other than Equifax. Please can I speak to someone.
