On track / Off track
On schedule / Behind schedule / Ahead of schedule
Working according to plan, going to plan
Hit a roadblock, a snag
Hold off by
Waiting for sign-off, approval
Priorities have changed, shifted
On hold
On the back burner
Will catch up, get back on track
Work is a means to live. To achieve what we want in life. And I work based on principles — fairness, integrity, excellence. And I also live by these principles.
1. Be proactive
2. Begin with and end in mind
3. Put first things first
4. Think win-win
5. Seek first to understand, then to be understood
6. Synergize
7. Sharpen the saw
Habits, habits, habits…

Leadership begins with stewardship of oneself. I cannot pour from an empty cup, nor can I give what I do not have. If I want to serve, inspire, and lead others well, I must first replenish my own strength, wisdom, and well-being.
I feel stressed because I care deeply about something. I understand the value of what is at stake. Stress can motivate me to do my best and perform well. It is not entirely negative. I need to remind myself.
