Section 50, subsection 7 Part C and D of the public management act is why we are paying illegal debts which were used to service the lavish lifestyles of a few individuals. What does not come through the Consolidated Fund is illegal and Kenyans cannot pay. Why are we paying debts we never saw? Debts we never benefited from? People borrow debts for their own personal activities without involving us and they expect us to pay such debts. Why are we suffering because of crooks in government?

Ksh 19.6B was illegally withdrawn from the Consolidated Fund in January 2025 without parliamentary approval.

Taxpayers money amounting to Ksh 19.6B was withdrawn without a defined purpose and without parliamentary approval.

When they realized Okiya had caught them, they lied that the money was used to pay KQ loans.

In the previous year, KQ had made enough profit that was enough to pay their loans

That Ksh 19.6B was looted and now we are being told that there's no money to confirm JSS teachers and to fund day secondary education.
