@_Yaeltra @SecretWorldRP I think we could live with 25-30%. I saw chain lightning arcing out to 100m though, and killing every zombie it touched instantly along the way. And the side effects, a trancelike state, short term memory loss, etc. are troubling for long term effects.

@Vdog2028 Actually our goal is to reign in and control the situation. We’re not trying to amplify this person’s power but rather to allow them to maintain control and use safer levels of Anima.
